ElevionGlobal Partner Marketing & Disclosure Policy
Effective Date: October 8, 2026
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
This Marketing & Disclosure Policy establishes the promotional standards that apply to Partners participating in the ElevionGlobal Partner Program.
The purpose of these rules is to ensure that Partner promotions are truthful, transparent, lawful, and consistent with the reputation of ElevionGlobal and the products being promoted.
1. General Marketing Standard
Partners may promote eligible ElevionGlobal Programs through lawful marketing channels.
All promotional content must:
- accurately describe the product;
- use truthful claims;
- avoid deceptive statements;
- clearly communicate material limitations where appropriate;
- comply with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws; and
- comply with the rules of the advertising or publishing platform being used.
Partners are responsible for the content they publish.
2. Affiliate Disclosure
Partners may receive commissions when customers purchase through their referral links.
Where disclosure is required, Partners must clearly communicate their commercial relationship with the applicable Program.
The disclosure should be easy to understand and placed where a reasonable viewer, reader, or listener can see it before relying on the recommendation.
Examples of acceptable disclosures may include:
"I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link."
or:
"This is an affiliate link, and I may receive compensation if you sign up."
The disclosure should not be hidden in an unrelated page, buried in lengthy terms, or presented in a way that is difficult to understand.
3. Honest Product Claims
Partners must not:
- guarantee specific results;
- guarantee income;
- make unsupported performance claims;
- misrepresent product capabilities;
- fabricate customer experiences;
- create fake reviews;
- falsely claim personal experience with a product;
- make misleading comparisons; or
- make claims that contradict official product information.
If a claim cannot reasonably be supported, do not publish it.
4. Paid Advertising
Paid advertising is allowed.
Partners may use:
- Google Ads;
- Microsoft Advertising;
- social advertising;
- display advertising;
- sponsored content; and
- other lawful advertising channels.
All advertising must comply with applicable advertising laws and the relevant advertising platform's policies.
5. Brand Keyword Restrictions
Partners may not bid on or purchase protected ElevionGlobal brand terms without written authorization.
Protected terms include:
- ElevionGlobal;
- Elevion Global;
- Targetive;
- Targetive Technologies;
- InboxScope; and
- confusingly similar variations and deliberate misspellings.
This restriction applies to keyword bidding and other advertising practices intended to capture searches specifically associated with these brands.
Partners may bid on generic, non-brand terms related to the products or services, provided the advertising does not otherwise violate this Policy.
6. Advertising Identity
Partners must not create advertisements that make them appear to be:
- Elevion Global LLC;
- ElevionGlobal;
- Targetive;
- Targetive Technologies;
- InboxScope; or
- an employee or official representative of any of these.
Partners may describe themselves as an "ElevionGlobal Partner" or "Targetive Affiliate" where accurate.
7. Direct Linking
Partners may direct paid advertising traffic directly to the applicable product website unless a particular Program states otherwise.
The advertisement must not falsely suggest that the Partner owns or operates the destination website.
8. Coupon and Deal Promotion
Coupon and deal websites are permitted.
Partners must not:
- publish fake discounts;
- advertise expired promotions as current;
- invent coupon codes;
- falsely claim an exclusive discount;
- manipulate attribution; or
- interfere with another Partner's legitimate referral.
9. Email Marketing
Email marketing is allowed when conducted lawfully.
Partners must not use:
- spam;
- purchased email lists;
- scraped email lists;
- harvested addresses;
- deceptive sender identities;
- misleading subject lines;
- impersonation;
- false claims; or
- messages designed to conceal their commercial purpose where disclosure is required.
Partners must provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms and honor applicable unsubscribe requests.
Partners are responsible for their own email lists, email infrastructure, legal compliance, and campaign practices.
ElevionGlobal does not operate, approve, or supervise a Partner's independent email campaigns unless expressly agreed otherwise.
10. Social Media
Partners may promote Programs through social media.
Partners must not:
- create fake official accounts;
- impersonate ElevionGlobal;
- falsely claim employment or official representation;
- post fabricated testimonials;
- use misleading engagement tactics; or
- violate platform policies.
Where compensation disclosure is required, the Partner must provide an appropriate disclosure.
11. Content Websites and Reviews
Partners may create:
- reviews;
- tutorials;
- comparisons;
- educational content;
- case studies;
- videos;
- newsletters; and
- other informational material.
Content must represent the Partner's genuine views and must not contain knowingly false information.
12. Prohibited Promotional Conduct
The following activities are prohibited:
- spam;
- deceptive redirects;
- forced clicks;
- cookie stuffing;
- fake leads;
- fake purchases;
- fraudulent transactions;
- misleading advertisements;
- trademark impersonation;
- domain squatting;
- false testimonials;
- fabricated reviews;
- malicious software;
- malware;
- phishing;
- misleading pop-ups designed to manipulate attribution;
- unauthorized brand impersonation; and
- any activity designed primarily to generate commissions through deception or manipulation.
13. Responsibility for Partner Marketing
Partners are independent promoters.
ElevionGlobal is not responsible for a Partner's independent marketing activities, including their:
- advertising campaigns;
- email campaigns;
- websites;
- social media posts;
- reviews;
- content;
- claims;
- lead-generation methods; or
- compliance with laws applicable to those activities.

- request that content be corrected or removed;
- suspend referral tracking;
- hold commissions while investigating;
- reverse commissions;
- suspend the Partner account; or
- terminate the Partner's participation.
The action taken will depend on the circumstances and severity of the conduct.
