ElevionGlobal Partner Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 8, 2026
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
These ElevionGlobal Partner Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the ElevionGlobal Partner Program ("Partner Program") operated by Elevion Global LLC ("ElevionGlobal," "we," "us," or "our").
By applying to, accessing, or participating in the Partner Program, you ("Partner," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Partner Program.
1. About the Partner Program
The ElevionGlobal Partner Program allows approved individuals to promote selected products and services offered through the ElevionGlobal network and earn commissions for qualifying customer referrals.
Current programs may include products operated by Elevion Global LLC, including:
- Targetive, operated under the legal trade name Targetive Technologies; and
- InboxScope.
We may add, remove, suspend, or modify participating programs from time to time.
Participation in an individual program may also be subject to program-specific information, promotional requirements, or other terms displayed through the Partner Program.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
"Partner" means an individual who has been accepted into the ElevionGlobal Partner Program.
"Program" means an individual affiliate or referral program made available through the Partner Program.
"Referral" means a prospective customer who reaches an applicable product or service through an eligible Partner referral method and is subsequently attributed to that Partner under these Terms.
"Qualifying Revenue" means eligible subscription revenue actually received from a qualifying referred customer, excluding applicable taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, reversed transactions, and other amounts that do not represent eligible subscription revenue.
Payment-processing fees incurred by ElevionGlobal in connection with receiving customer payments do not reduce Qualifying Revenue.
"Payable Commission" means a commission that has completed its applicable holding period and has not been reversed, cancelled, or otherwise disqualified.
3. Eligibility
To participate in the Partner Program, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- provide accurate and complete information;
- have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- maintain accurate account and payment information;
- comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
- comply with these Terms and any applicable program requirements.
The Partner Program may be available to Partners located in different countries. Availability of participation or payment services may depend on applicable laws, sanctions, banking restrictions, or payment-provider availability.
We may decline an application or suspend participation where we reasonably determine that participation presents legal, security, fraud, compliance, or reputational concerns.
4. Partner Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your Partner account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not:
- share your Partner account with another person;
- create accounts using false or misleading information;
- impersonate another person or business;
- create multiple accounts to obtain additional commissions or benefits; or
- use another person's account.
We may require additional information to verify your identity or eligibility before approving or processing commissions.
5. Joining Individual Programs
Your participation in the Partner Program does not automatically guarantee eligibility for every individual Program.
Where applicable, you may choose to participate in individual Programs made available through your Partner account.
Each Program may have additional promotional information or requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, participation in one Program does not create entitlement to commissions from another Program.
6. Referral Attribution
A referral must be generated through an eligible Partner referral method provided or approved by the applicable Program.
The standard attribution period is 30 days.
If a prospective customer interacts with referral links belonging to multiple Partners, the last eligible referral or qualifying click before the customer completes the qualifying purchase will generally receive attribution.
Attribution may be unavailable where:
- tracking information is unavailable or incomplete;
- cookies or other attribution technologies are blocked or deleted;
- the customer does not complete the required purchase within the attribution period;
- the transaction is otherwise excluded under these Terms; or
- we determine that attribution was manipulated or improperly obtained.
We do not guarantee that every click or visitor will be successfully tracked.
7. New Customer Requirement
Commissions are intended for genuine new customer referrals.
An existing customer does not become a qualifying referral merely by clicking a Partner's referral link.
If a customer cancels a subscription and later purchases again using the same original customer account, that subsequent purchase does not generate a new Partner commission.
If the individual later creates a new customer account and completes a qualifying purchase through an eligible Partner referral, that new account may qualify for commission, subject to the attribution period and all other requirements.
We may investigate transactions that appear to be attempts to circumvent this rule.
8. Commission Rate
Unless a Program's published terms expressly state otherwise, the standard commission rate is:
20% of Qualifying Revenue.
The commission is recurring for eligible subscription revenue for as long as the referred customer remains an eligible paying customer.
Recurring commissions are not guaranteed for any fixed period. They depend on the customer continuing to maintain an eligible paid subscription and satisfying the applicable Program requirements.
9. Qualifying Revenue
Commission is calculated using the amount actually paid for the eligible subscription after applicable discounts or promotional reductions.
For example:
- Subscription price: $100
- Customer discount: $20
- Customer pays: $80
- Partner commission: 20% × 80=16
Qualifying Revenue does not include:
- sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes;
- refunded amounts;
- credits;
- chargebacks;
- reversed transactions;
- cancelled or invalid transactions;
- fraudulent transactions;
- amounts not actually received by ElevionGlobal; or
- other amounts that do not represent eligible subscription revenue.
Payment-processing fees charged to ElevionGlobal by Stripe, banks, or other payment providers are not deducted from Qualifying Revenue when calculating the Partner's commission.
Accordingly, if an eligible customer pays $50 and ElevionGlobal incurs a payment-processing fee, the Partner's commission is still calculated from the qualifying $50 rather than the amount remaining after the payment-processing fee.
10. Discounts and Promotional Pricing
Where a customer uses a discount, coupon, promotional offer, or other price reduction, the Partner's commission is calculated on the amount actually paid for the eligible subscription.
We may exclude commissions associated with promotional transactions where the applicable promotion expressly states that affiliate commissions do not apply.
11. Free Trials
No commission is earned while a customer is using a free trial for which no qualifying payment has been received.
If the customer converts from a free trial to a paid subscription, commission eligibility begins with the first qualifying paid transaction.
12. Annual Subscriptions
Where a qualifying customer purchases an eligible annual subscription and makes the full payment upfront, the Partner's commission is calculated on the qualifying amount actually paid.
For example:
- Annual subscription payment: $1,000
- Commission rate: 20%
- Commission generated: $200
The commission remains subject to the applicable holding period and all other eligibility requirements.
If the customer renews the annual subscription with another qualifying payment, the Partner may earn another commission on the qualifying renewal payment.
13. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades
If a customer upgrades a subscription and a prorated amount is charged for the upgrade, the Partner's commission is calculated based on the qualifying amount actually charged for that upgrade.
If a customer downgrades a subscription, the existing subscription remains subject to its current billing terms until the downgrade takes effect.
After the downgrade takes effect, recurring commissions are calculated using the qualifying revenue associated with the customer's new subscription level.
14. Commission Holding Period
Each commission transaction is subject to an individual 30-day holding period.
A commission becomes Payable Commission after its 30-day holding period has completed, provided that:
- the underlying transaction remains valid;
- no applicable refund has occurred;
- no chargeback or reversal has occurred;
- the transaction has not been determined to be fraudulent or otherwise ineligible; and
- the Partner remains eligible to receive the commission.
The holding period applies separately to each commission transaction.
15. Refunds, Credits, and Chargebacks
If a customer transaction that generated a commission is subsequently refunded, cancelled with a qualifying refund, charged back, reversed, or otherwise invalidated, the associated commission may be reversed.
If the commission has already been paid, ElevionGlobal may recover the amount by:
- deducting it from future commissions;
- applying it against other payable amounts; or
- requesting repayment where necessary.
A customer cancellation without a refund does not automatically invalidate the commission relating to the already-paid subscription period.
However, future recurring commissions stop when the customer's eligible subscription ends.
16. Payout Threshold
The minimum payout threshold is US$100.
The threshold applies to the Partner's aggregate eligible Payable Commission balance across applicable ElevionGlobal-owned Programs that participate in the consolidated payout system.
The threshold is a minimum payment requirement and not a payment cap.
For example:
- Targetive Payable Commission: $60
- InboxScope Payable Commission: $55
- Total Payable Commission: $115
Because the total is at least 100,thePartneriseligibletoreceivethefull115.
17. Monthly Payout Calculation
At the end of each calendar month, we determine the Partner's total unpaid Payable Commission balance as of that month-end cutoff.
If the balance is US$100 or more, the entire eligible balance is scheduled for payment on the 15th day of the following month.
If the balance is below US$100, no payout is made and the full balance carries forward.
A commission that becomes Payable after the previous month-end cutoff is not included in the earlier month's payout. It will be considered in the next applicable month-end calculation.
For example:
- A commission becomes payable on September 2.
- It was not payable as of August 31.
- It therefore does not form part of the September 15 payout.
- It is considered in the September 30 month-end calculation and, if the applicable threshold is reached, is included in the October 15 payout.
18. Payment Method
Partner commissions are paid by bank transfer using the payment information provided by the Partner.
We may request information reasonably necessary to process a payment, verify identity, satisfy legal requirements, or comply with banking and financial regulations.
Payment availability may vary by country.
We may also change the available payment method or require a Partner to use another available payment method where necessary for operational, legal, banking, or compliance reasons.
19. Payment and Receiving Fees
ElevionGlobal's customer payment-processing fees do not reduce the Partner's commission calculation.
When a commission is paid to a Partner, the Partner is responsible for fees, charges, currency-conversion costs, receiving fees, intermediary-bank charges, withdrawal fees, or other costs imposed by the Partner's bank or financial/payment institution.
Where a payment method involves a fee charged by the payment provider to either party, we may disclose the applicable treatment before processing the payment and, where practical, provide an alternative available payment method.
We do not guarantee that the amount received by a Partner's bank account in another currency will equal the USD commission amount because exchange rates and financial-institution charges may apply.
20. Taxes
Partners are responsible for determining and satisfying their own tax obligations arising from commissions received through the Partner Program.
We may request tax information or documentation where required by applicable law.
We may withhold or report amounts where legally required.
Nothing in these Terms creates tax advice or establishes a particular tax treatment for a Partner.
21. Self-Referrals and Related Transactions
Partners may not earn commissions through self-referrals.
A Partner may not use the Partner Program to generate commissions from:
- their own purchases;
- a company they own or control;
- transactions primarily intended to generate commissions for themselves;
- artificial or circular transactions;
- purchases made using false identities; or
- transactions involving another person acting on the Partner's behalf for the purpose of generating an otherwise prohibited commission.
We may reverse commissions associated with prohibited self-referrals or related transactions.
22. Fraud and Abuse
Partners must not manipulate the referral or commission system.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- generating artificial clicks, leads, or transactions;
- automated or fraudulent traffic;
- cookie stuffing;
- forced clicks;
- misleading redirects;
- falsifying customer information;
- creating duplicate accounts to obtain commissions;
- manipulating attribution;
- purchasing transactions for the purpose of generating commissions;
- using stolen payment information;
- encouraging customers to submit fraudulent transactions; or
- any other activity intended to improperly increase commissions.
We may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions reasonably believed to result from fraud, abuse, manipulation, or other prohibited activity.
23. Marketing and Promotional Activities
Partners may promote eligible Programs through lawful marketing channels, subject to these Terms and any Program-specific requirements.
Permitted channels may include:
- websites and blogs;
- content marketing;
- social media;
- video content;
- paid advertising;
- search advertising;
- direct linking;
- newsletters and email marketing;
- coupon and deal websites; and
- other lawful promotional channels.
Partners must accurately describe the products and must not make claims that are false, misleading, unsupported, or materially different from the information provided by ElevionGlobal.
24. Paid Advertising
Paid advertising is permitted.
Partners may use paid search and other advertising platforms provided that their advertising is truthful, lawful, and compliant with the advertising platform's rules.
Partners may not bid on, purchase, or intentionally target protected ElevionGlobal brand terms, including:
- ElevionGlobal;
- Elevion Global;
- Targetive;
- Targetive Technologies;
- InboxScope; and
- confusingly similar variations or deliberate misspellings of those marks,
unless ElevionGlobal provides prior written authorization.
Partners must not create advertisements that falsely imply that they are ElevionGlobal, Targetive, Targetive Technologies, InboxScope, or an authorized employee or representative.
Direct linking from an advertisement to an applicable product website is permitted unless a particular Program states otherwise.
25. Coupon, Deal, and Promotional Websites
Coupon, discount, deal, cashback, and similar promotional websites may participate in the Partner Program.
However, such Partners may not:
- misrepresent discounts;
- publish expired or unauthorized offers;
- overwrite another Partner's attribution through deceptive practices;
- generate artificial clicks;
- use software or browser extensions designed to manipulate attribution; or
- represent an offer as an official ElevionGlobal promotion when it has not been authorized.
26. Email Marketing
Partners may promote participating Programs through email marketing provided that their campaigns comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Partners must not:
- send unsolicited bulk spam;
- use purchased, scraped, harvested, or unlawfully obtained email lists;
- use deceptive sender identities;
- impersonate ElevionGlobal, Targetive, InboxScope, or another person or organization;
- use misleading subject lines;
- conceal the commercial nature of the communication where disclosure is required;
- ignore unsubscribe or opt-out requests; or
- continue contacting recipients where applicable law requires communications to stop.
Partners are responsible for maintaining their own lawful email-sending practices, lists, consent or other applicable legal basis, suppression records, sender identification, unsubscribe mechanisms, and compliance procedures.
ElevionGlobal is not responsible for a Partner's independent email campaigns or the Partner's compliance with laws applicable to those campaigns.
27. Partner Disclosure Requirements
Where a Partner receives compensation for promoting a product, the Partner must clearly disclose the commercial relationship whenever disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, advertising standards, or platform rules.
The disclosure should be clear, understandable, and placed where a reasonable person can see it before or when evaluating the promotional recommendation.
Partners must not conceal their financial relationship with ElevionGlobal or a participating Program.
28. Brand and Trademark Use
We may provide approved logos, trademarks, product descriptions, images, promotional materials, or other brand assets for use in connection with the Partner Program.
Partners may use approved materials only for legitimate promotion of the applicable Program.
Partners may not:
- register domain names containing protected brand names without permission;
- create social accounts that falsely appear to be official;
- alter trademarks in a misleading manner;
- claim ownership of ElevionGlobal, Targetive, Targetive Technologies, or InboxScope trademarks;
- create confusingly similar branding; or
- suggest an employment, agency, ownership, or official representative relationship that does not exist.
We may withdraw permission to use our brand assets at any time.
29. No Authority to Bind ElevionGlobal
Participation in the Partner Program does not make you an employee, agent, representative, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal representative of ElevionGlobal.
You may not:
- enter contracts on our behalf;
- make warranties or guarantees on our behalf;
- make commitments regarding our products that we have not authorized;
- collect payments on our behalf; or
- represent that you have authority to bind ElevionGlobal.
30. Independent Relationship
You participate as an independent Partner.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship between you and ElevionGlobal.
You are responsible for your own business expenses, taxes, equipment, marketing activities, and legal obligations.
31. Intellectual Property
ElevionGlobal and its licensors retain all rights in their websites, software, trademarks, logos, product materials, documentation, and other intellectual property.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any ElevionGlobal intellectual property to a Partner.
Subject to these Terms, we grant Partners a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved promotional materials solely for promoting eligible Programs.
32. Confidential Information
A Partner may receive non-public information relating to ElevionGlobal, its products, customers, systems, commissions, business plans, or technology.
Partners must not disclose or misuse confidential information except as necessary to participate in the Partner Program.
This obligation does not apply to information that:
- is publicly available without a breach;
- was lawfully known before disclosure;
- is lawfully received from another source without confidentiality restrictions; or
- must be disclosed by law.
33. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate a Partner account if we reasonably believe that the Partner:
- violated these Terms;
- engaged in fraud or abuse;
- violated applicable law;
- used prohibited marketing practices;
- misused our intellectual property;
- provided false information;
- created a security risk;
- attempted to manipulate commissions; or
- otherwise created material risk to ElevionGlobal, its customers, Partners, or participating Programs.
A Partner may stop participating in the Program at any time by closing their Partner account or contacting us.
34. Commissions After Termination
Termination does not automatically erase commissions that were legitimately earned before termination.
Eligible commissions that have satisfied the applicable holding period may remain payable, subject to the payout threshold and other requirements.
However, commissions may be withheld, reversed, or cancelled where they are associated with:
- fraud;
- prohibited activity;
- invalid transactions;
- refunds;
- chargebacks;
- attribution manipulation; or
- other violations of these Terms.
We may also delay payment where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected abuse or satisfy legal obligations.
35. Future Third-Party Programs
ElevionGlobal may in the future allow independent third-party businesses to offer their own affiliate or partner programs through the ElevionGlobal network.
If such functionality becomes available, those programs may have separate program terms, commission structures, payout arrangements, and payment responsibilities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ElevionGlobal does not assume responsibility for commissions owed by an independent third-party program operator merely because that program is made available through the ElevionGlobal network.
The current Partner Program does not provide third-party businesses with a right to list or operate their own programs.
36. Changes to the Partner Program
We may modify the Partner Program, including its features, available Programs, tracking methods, promotional resources, or operational procedures.
We may also update these Terms from time to time.
If we make a material change that affects Partners, we may provide notice through the Partner website, account, or email where appropriate.
The updated version will identify its effective date.
Your continued participation after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
37. Disclaimers
The Partner Program is provided on an availability basis.
We do not guarantee:
- a particular number of referrals;
- a particular level of income;
- conversion rates;
- customer retention;
- uninterrupted tracking;
- uninterrupted access to the Partner dashboard; or
- that every referral will result in a commission.
Participation in the Partner Program is not a promise of earnings.
38. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElevionGlobal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Partner Program.
This may include loss of anticipated commissions, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or expected profits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
39. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a Partner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elevion Global LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- the Partner's unlawful marketing activities;
- the Partner's breach of these Terms;
- infringement of third-party rights caused by the Partner's promotional materials;
- fraudulent or deceptive conduct;
- violations of applicable advertising, privacy, email, or consumer-protection laws; or
- claims arising from the Partner's independent business activities.
40. Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, major telecommunications failures, widespread infrastructure outages, or similar events.
This does not excuse an obligation to pay a commission that has already become due, except to the extent payment is temporarily prevented by circumstances outside reasonable control or legal restrictions.
41. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
42. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.
43. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable Program-specific terms and policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your participation in the Partner Program.
They replace prior discussions or understandings concerning the same subject matter.
44. Assignment
A Partner may not transfer or assign their Partner account or rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
ElevionGlobal may transfer these Terms as part of a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of substantially all relevant assets, or similar transaction.
45. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory legal requirements that provide otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or the Partner Program will be handled in the courts located in Wyoming.
46. Electronic Acceptance
You may accept these Terms electronically through the Partner Program website or application.
Electronic acceptance, including clicking an acceptance checkbox or button, constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
